    Mind-Body Practices for Pain

    September 15, 2021 / No Comments

“Mind-Body Practices for Pain” Integrative health shines in this area, and there are many approaches that help lower pain and stress. The relaxation response, known as the “rest and digest” response may help reduce pain. I share five mind-body practices that may lower pain and prevent conditions that may lead to pain, such as: 1. Guided Imagery 2. Yoga 3. Massage and Bodywork…

    March 29, 2015 / No Comments

Mindfulness is all a buzz now, and for good reason. Mindfulness shows us how to be with and accept our reactions to our experiences in a non-judgmental way.
