    Pre-Birth Memories

    November 28, 2022 / No Comments

Evidence shows that we have existed before this life and our consciousness will continue in the afterlife. Christian Sundberg shares his pre-birth memories with me. As a child, Christian Sundberg remembered his existence before coming to earth. While that memory completely left him in his early adult life, it spontaneously returned at the age of 30 through meditation practice and a personal awakening journey. He also began to have Out of Body Experiences (OBEs). Christian is author of A Walk in the Physical: Understanding the Human Experience Within the Larger Spiritual Context. His website is awalkinthephysical.com. Christian describes his pre-birth memories choosing to come to earth with the help of…

    Healing Self-Esteem

    November 28, 2022 / No Comments

What is self-esteem, really? David Hansom, MD, proposes that it could be more harmful than helpful. Would you agree? David Hanscom, MD, is author of, Back in Control: A Surgeon’s Roadmap Out of Chronic Pain and Do You Really Need Spine Surgery?: Take Control with a Spine Surgeon’s Advice. Dr. Hanscom is an orthopedic complex spinal deformity surgeon who quit his surgical practice in 2019 to focus on teaching people how to break loose from the grip of chronic mental and physical pain – with and without surgery. His insights arose out of escaping from his own 15-year ordeal of suffering with severe chronic pain. As he began to share…

    Happy Summer Solstice

    June 21, 2022 / No Comments

Wishing You a Happy Summer Solstice! Today has the most daylight in the northern hemisphere and is the beginning of summer.  It’s sort of the “high noon” of the year. People become more active with movement and exercise. We want to have fun in the sun, if it’s not too hot. The sun moves into the sign of Cancer. This is a sign of nurturing, connecting, bonding, home, family, the inner self, and love. We are in the fire element, according to the five element theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine. The heart is the center of warmth, joy, and love. This can be a wonderful time to get more clarity…

Each relationship teaches us, ultimately about how to love ourselves and others better.
