Healing Trauma with Dreams
Most people experience some type of trauma in their lives. Linda Yael Schiller, MSW, LICSW, shares how you may be able to heal from trauma through dreams and other methods.

Linda shares that healing from trauma is always possible. Dreams can bring wisdom and messages from the unconscious to conscious awareness. Not all nightmares are indicative of trauma. Even frightening dreams can bare gifts. We can heal from trauma and grief by having dreams for ourselves and others or by having precognitive dreams and visitations from deceased loved ones. A person can move from post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTD) to post-traumatic spiritual growth (PTSG).
