    The Power of Meditation

    November 5, 2015 / No Comments

“The Power of Meditation: This practice of focused attention can reduce pain and stress while enhancing health and healing” This article was originally published on ADVANCE for OT Practitioners October 1, 2015 by Emmy Vadnais, OTR/L Meditation is the practice of focused attention that can help calm the mind and body, returning it to a homeostatic balance. Happy Valentine’s! How Much Do You Love Yourself?

    February 9, 2015 / No Comments

With Valentine’s just around the corner, we often turn our attention to “that someone special” or romantic love.
