Trust Your Inner Compass
Often, your intuition may seem like it is barely a whisper.
Like a compass, it will never steer your wrong.
You may feel off center when you’re not listening to or acting upon what your intuition is telling you.
I’m here to offer you a friendly reminder:

“Trust your inner compass.”
We were all created with an internal compass––your own north star, if you will.
Your soul knows the best path forward and what feels right or not so good.
However, we can doubt what we’re sensing… or even have a hard time listening in the first place.
Additionally, there may be false beliefs or limiting thoughts and emotions that can block what is naturally residing within you.
Here’s a suggestion.
Pay attention to the little and big ways your intuition speaks to you.
It helps to get quiet.
Often, we know what’s right for us, but we doubt it.
Turn off devices, go for a walk, sit in nature, or rest on your couch or wherever you can slow down and simply be with yourself.

Enjoying being in nature, resting, or just sitting is one of the easiest ways to meditate. Meditation is one of the best ways to connect to your intuition.
You can look at the trees, grass, flowers, sky, birds, or close your eyes and simply be, without any tasks to accomplish (without looking at any devices).
Once you’re feeling more relaxed, notice if your body tenses or relaxes when you think of a particular topic. Pay attention to your energy. Does it flow or get constricted about particular areas of your life or decisions you are making?
If you struggling with an answer to a question or are looking for creative inspiration, going out in nature, even just for walk, may help rest and reset your mind, body, and spirit. Of course, a brief nap may also help.
This is a wonderful time of year to be outside in nature. It can help you align more completely with yourself. There are even researched benefits of grounding or earthing with the earth. It’s good for us!
