Intuition is Your Best Friend

Intuition is your best friend! If you take a moment to quiet your mind and look within, you will find answers to your questions. The most common way to do this is with meditation or you can quiet your mind with your favorite leisure activities. Intuition can also come to you in dreams, flashes of insight, or a message or information being repeated to you over and over in a song, something you read, or someone says to you.

“Research shows that intuition is an experience common to most humans, and it may be the most universal, natural ability we possess. A whopping 94 percent of the general public report having had at least one type of intuitive experience, and on average people reported having had eight different types of experiences.4 Therefore, intuition could be regarded as an innate ability or unlearned gift that we can all learn to develop.5 Many people believe intuition reflects our true selves. Connecting with your intuition may be like inviting this loving and full-of-light part of yourself to emerge and come forward—a built-in, unbiased friend who gives the best advice.” From the Intuitive Development book by Emmy Vadnais.
