Please join me on Saturday, March 14. In this class, you will learn energy healing techniques to balance and center yourself for health and wellness.
You will be guided in meditations and energy healing practices, such as a heaven-earth meditation, aura and chakra balancing, and positive emotional freedom technique (EFT). You will learn and experience positive energy psychology methods that can calm the mind-body-spirit, boost the mood, enhance self-compassion and self-love, and assist with your health and wellness. These approaches have research to support their benefits and efficacy.
