Learn techniques you can practice on your own while being guided through a combination of Meditation, Guided Imagery, Energy Healing, Emotional Clearing, and Relaxation techniques.
Class meets weekly, and may be repeated as many times as you'd like. All are welcome to attend.
Research has shown that stress can impair the immune system, making us more susceptible to disease. Practicing effective ways to deeply relax may prevent illness, help you recover from illness, and stay well.

Energy Healing & Intuition Training
The classes below are available to anyone; those who would like to learn Intuition and
Energy Healing for work with yourself and/or friends and family, for those who wish to become a professional Intuitive Healer or Energy Healer, and for health care professionals who would like to integrate it into their current health care practice.
Intuition for Personal Insight & Transformation
Intuitive Development, Level I – 3 weeks
For those who would like to begin to understand how they intuit, and how to gain trust listening to it.
In this class you will learn:
How you Intuit and how to Trust your Intuition
How Intuition can connect you with your Inner Strength & Wisdom
How Intuition can assist you with making the best choices for the life you want
How to connect with your Intuition with meditations and experientials
An intro to the Human Energy Anatomy, and how we are affected by it
How to listen to your Intuition and align your Energy for Well-Being

Understanding the Symbolic Language of Intuition, Level II – 4 weeks
(prerquisite Level I)
For those who wish to deepen their Intuitive abilities, gain a deeper understanding of the
Symbolic Language of Intuition.
In this class you will learn:
The Symbolic Language of Intuition through meditation, practice, experientials, and by creating your own personal "Symbolic Cards"
A deeper understanding and trusting of your Intuitive abilites

Energy Healing Beginning, Level III - 4 weeks
(prerequisite Level II)
For those who would like to learn basic Energy Healing anatomy & techniques for self-healing, and others.
In this class you will learn:
How to begin listening to your Intuition to sense, feel, assess, and positively affect your own Energy
How to begin listening to your Intuition to sense, feel, assess and positively affect another’s Energy
Basic Energetic Anatomy, Chakras, Energy Pathways (Meridians), and Energy Field (Aura)
Energetic Boundaries for yourself and recipients
How to maintain optimum health by listening within
Hands on practice will strengthen your abilities

(prerequisite Level III)
For those who would like to deepen their understanding of Energy for self-healing, and for others.
In this class you will learn:
More hands on practice integrating what you will have learned in Level III
Ideally will work with volunteer (non-classmates) for varied practice
More specific work with Meridians (Energy Channels as commonly seen with Acupuncture)
How to dialogue with a client, how to share what you are receiving
Begin learning how to document sessions

Energy Healer/Intuitive Healer Training – meets once/month for 12 months
(prequisite Levels I - IV)
For those who wish to be professional Energy Healers/Intuitive Healers or would like to integrate this in to their current health carepractice. Meets monthly for 12 months, any absences need to be made up $35/hour for completion of certificate.
In this class you will learn:
Deeper nuances fo the Energy Healing profession
Deeper understanding of Energy Meridians, and how they and Chakras correlate with internal organs
How to conduct an Energy Healing assessment and how to document a sessions
How to dialogue with a client to assess their needs
Understand professional boundaries, scope of practice, when to refer
How to encourage a client to become a partner in their healing
